First day: breakfast with half a grapefruit or grapefruit juice, a slice of toasted bread and a black coffee or green tea without sugar. Snack: two slices of pineapple. Lunch: 125 grams of natural tuna, a slice of toasted bread, black coffee or green tea. Snack: a slice of watermelon. Dinner: 90 g of meat to taste, 250 g of green beans, 250 g of beets or carrots, a small apple and 125 g of vanilla ice cream.
Second day: breakfast with a boiled egg, a slice of toasted bread and a black coffee or green tea without sugar. Lunch: 250 grams of cheese in flakes or 125 grams of natural tuna, 5 salted crackers and a black coffee or green tea. Dinner: 2 frankfurters, 250 grams of broccoli or cabbage, 125 grams of carrots or turnip greens and two scoops of vanilla or fruit ice cream.
Third day: breakfast with a boiled egg, a slice of toasted bread and a black coffee or green tea without sugar. Snack: a kiwi. Lunch: 40 gr of gruyere type cheese; 5 salted crackers; a small apple; black coffee or green tea. Snack: two slices of pineapple. Dinner: 250 of tuna, 250 grams of carrots or beets, 250 grams of cauliflower or string beans, 250 grams of melon or 2 Kiwi, 125 grams of vanilla ice cream.
